Triskele Solutions was founded by Luke Murray, a highly experienced bid writer and strategist with over 20 years' expertise spanning Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, and the voluntary sector.

Luke established Triskele after successfully leading Nottingham's £45 million National Lottery bid, managing the implementation, set-up, and delivery of the programme. Since founding Triskele Solutions, Luke has built an impressive record of securing significant funding opportunities for public sector bodies, charities, not-for-profits, and private businesses through skilled bid and tender writing.

In addition to bid writing, Luke offers specialist expertise in strategy development, policy formulation, data analysis, and service design. His collaborations with leading universities, including Warwick, Oxford, and LSE, have led to the successful design and commissioning of impactful research and evaluation projects.

Qualified in PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), and as a graduate of the NHS Leadership Academy, Luke delivers structured, outcome-focused project management tailored specifically to client needs. His background in designing outcome-focused performance frameworks for Local Authorities and NHS organisations highlights his capability in driving continuous improvement and impactful service delivery.
